This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”) to improve the website with this information (the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and make it possible to analyse use of the website by you. Cookies are small text files which are placed on the computer, which the browser stores and in this case sends certain information to us. Cookies do no damage to the computer and contain no viruses. IP anonymization is activated on this website and your IP address shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. It is the exception for the full IP address to be transmitted by Google to a server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website Google will use this information to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities and to provide further services to the website operator associated with website usage and internet usage.

Google Analytics will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.

You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser. However, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

4. Use of Google AdWords Conversion

4.1 We use the services of Google AdWords to draw attention to our attractive offers with the help of advertising materials (so-called Google AdWords) on external websites. We can determine in relation to the data of the advertising campaigns how successful the individual advertising measures are. We are interested in showing you advertisements that are of interest to you, to make our website more interesting for you and to achieve a fair calculation of advertising costs. The legal basis for the processing of your data is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4.2 The advertising materials are delivered by Google via so-called “Ad Servers”. For this purpose, we use ad server cookies, through which certain parameters for measuring success, such as the insertion of ads or clicks by users, can be measured. If you access our website via a Google ad, Google AdWords stores a cookie on your device. These cookies usually expire after 30 days and are not intended to identify you personally. For this cookie, the unique cookie ID, number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), last impression (relevant for post-view conversions) and opt-out information (mark that the user no longer wishes to be addressed) are usually stored as analysis values.

4.3 These cookies enable Google to recognise your internet browser. If a user visits certain pages of an AdWords customer’s website and the cookie stored on their device has not expired, Google and the customer can recognise that the user has clicked on the ad and has been redirected to this page. Each AdWords customer is assigned a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be traced via the websites of AdWords customers. We do not collect and process any personal data in the aforementioned advertising measures. We only receive statistical evaluations from Google. On the basis of these evaluations we can recognise which of the used advertising measures are particularly effective. We do not receive any further data from the use of advertising material; in particular, we cannot identify users on the basis of this information.

4.4 Based on the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with the Google server. We have no influence over the scope and the further use of data which is collected by Google through the use of this tool and we therefore inform you according to our information status: by incorporating AdWords Conversion, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding part of our website or clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can associate the visit with your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or you have not logged in, the provider may come to know and store your IP address.

4.5 You can prevent participation in this tracking process in various ways:
a) by setting your browser software accordingly, in particular by suppressing third-party cookies, you will not receive any ads from third-party providers;
b) deactivating cookies for conversion tracking, by setting your browser so that cookies are blocked by the domain „www.googleadservices.com“, https://www.google.de/settings/ads, this setting being deleted when you delete your cookies;
c) by deactivating the interest-based ads of the providers that are part of the “About Ads” self-regulation campaign via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices, this setting being deleted when you delete your cookies;
d) by permanently deactivating Firefox, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome in your browsers under the link http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. Please note that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this offer in full.

4.6 Further information on data protection at Google can be found here: http://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy and https://services.google.com/sitestats/de.html. Alternatively you can visit the website of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) under http://www.networkadvertising.org. Google has agreed to abide by the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

5. Newsletter

5.1 With your consent you can subscribe to our newsletter in which we keep you informed about news on our surveys, events, industry trends and services etc.

5.2 To subscribe to our newsletter we use the so-called double opt-in process. This means that, after you register, we send an email to the email address you gave asking for confirmation that you wish to receive the newsletter. If you do not confirm your registration, your information is locked and automatically deleted after one week. In addition, we save the IP addresses you used and the times of registration and confirmation. The purpose of the process is to prove your registration and, if necessary, to investigate possible misuse of your personal information.

5.3 The only obligatory information for transmission of the newsletter is your email address. After your confirmation, we store your email address for the purpose of sending the newsletter. The legal basis is Article. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

5.4 You can revoke your consent to transmission of the newsletter and unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time. You can unsubscribe by clicking on the link provided in every newsletter email or by sending a message to the contact options specified in the legal notice.

6. Privacy policy on the inclusion and use of social media

The content on our pages can be shared with the following social networks: Twitter, Xing and LinkedIn. This website uses a link whereby direct contact between the networks and users is established only after users actively click on one of these buttons. This also means that user data is not automatically transferred to the operators of these platforms. If users are logged into one of the social networks, an information window will appear when using the buttons of Twitter, Xing or LinkedIn in which the user can confirm the text before sending it.

Only after clicking on the respective button is direct contact established between the network and you and data such as the IP address of your computer and the website you visited transmitted to the network. As soon as you log in or are already logged in to the network, the network can assign the data to your profile and show that you are sharing input.

(creative analytic 3000 GmbH, Löwenhof Haus M, Löwengasse 27, 60385 Frankfurt, Managing Director Clemens Sommer, phone: +49 69 29 98 66-0, Fax: +49 69 29 98 66-15, info@ca3000.de). Such a revocation will impact the legitimacy of processing your personal data once you have sent it to us.

7.2 If we justify the processing of your personal data on the ground of the statutory principle known as “legitimate interest” (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) you are entitled to object to such processing (creative analytic 3000 GmbH, Löwenhof Haus M, Löwengasse 27, 60385 Frankfurt, Managing Director Clemens Sommer, phone: +49 69 29 98 66-0, Fax: +49 69 29 98 66-15, info@ca3000.de). In particular, this is the case when the data processing in question is not necessary in order to perform a contract that we have concluded with you.

8. Relaying data to third parties

We sometimes have occasion to use outside providers (processors – website hosting, website programming, data storage, newsletter mailing services) who are carefully vetted by us, to whom we issue contracts that comply with the relevant laws, who are contractually obligated to follow our instructions, and who are monitored on a regular basis. These providers are not allowed to relay any data to third parties.

9. Technical and organisational measures for data security

We carry out technical measures for data security purposes, and particularly for the purpose of protecting your personal data.

10. Right of modification

We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy declaration at any time, taking into account data protection legislation.
